The Senate Judiciary Committee has sent a bi-partisan letter to the Intelligence Community Inspector General, requesting a full-scale review of the use of surveillance authorities. We speak with Mark Jaycox, policy analyst and legislative assistant at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
